​Pastor Eric Swyres started his call at Immanuel Lutheran Church August 8th of 2018.  Previously, he served as Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Carrollton, Mo. for 22 years. He has served here at Immanuel for 8 years. Pastor Swyres has been in the Ministry for 30 years. Along with his call to Immanuel, he serves as the Lutheran Campus Pastor at the University of Missouri - S&T. And as the Pastoral advisor for Beta Sigma Psi Lutheran fraternity.

He has been married to his bride, Kelle Swyres, for 33 years. They have 3 children, Ethan, Jonah and Abigail. And three grandchildren, Emmett, Mia and Everett.
